The National Merit® Scholarship Corporation has announced the Finalists in the 2016 Competition for National Merit® Scholarships.
The East Greenwich High School Finalists are:
- Talia Z. Goldwasser
- John R. Hare
- Zachary D. Johnson
- Nengyun Yan
- Zane Z. Yu
On behalf of the East Greenwich High School community, Principal Michael Podraza congratulates these students for their hard work and dedication. They will be presented with an award certificate at the school’s Awards Night on May 26.
The National Merit® Scholarship Program has determined that these students are five of the 16,000 Semifinalists named in September, 2015 who have advanced to Finalists and will be considered for scholarships later this year.
