FOOD FOR THOUGHT
With last week’s post being about the introduction of iPhone 10 years ago, I thought I would go full circle for this week’s “Food for Thought” which is a blog post entitled  “This Is How To Stop Checking Your Phone: 5 Secrets From Research”. If you are anything like me and have developed some bad habits with your phone this post has some good tips to break the Pavlovian hold our phones now have over some of our lives. Enjoy (and good luck if you give the tricks a try).
Have a great week and get your shovels ready...
