- Senior Obligations Overview (Chromebooks, Books, Uniforms, etc)
- Senior Obligations Sign-out Form Needs to be completed by Senior students before caps and gowns are issued and/or before participation in Senior Week activities. We will have copies available at EGHS so no need to print.
- Senior Week Activities Schedule This includes rehearsals for Graduation and Ivy Day.

- Ivy Day Friday 6/10 1:00pm
- Friday 6/10 is an early release (11:07) for Underclassmen
- There is no guest access to the EGHS courtyard prior to 12:15 PM
- Guests may park in both the student and faculty lots
- Ivy Ceremony begins promptly at 1:00 pm
- We have limited seating available in the courtyard for guests. Guests may bring camping/bag chairs to guarantee seating
- In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place in the Auditorium
- Join us after the cermony for an always impressive Art show in the library.
- Graduation Sunday 6/12 1:00pm
- Veterans Memorial Auditorium (VETs)- 1 Avenue of the Arts, Providence, RI 02903
- Ceremony begins promptly at 1:00pm (Graduates must be present by 12:00)
- Doors for guests open at 12:30 pm
- VETS Baggage Policy- Please see attached
- No tickets are needed
- Seating is on a first come, first served basis.
