EGHS Places 3rd at RI Academic Decathlon


The EGHS Academic Decathlon team competed on Sunday afternoon and placed 3rd in RI. A highlight of the event was Tori Van Vleet's speech, which was awarded first place. Caitlyn Mason was the team high scorer, followed by Eddy Luo, who medaled not only in math and economics, but music as well. 

The team was well represented by: Neal Glennon, Will Karabots, Tori VanVleet, Scott Kulm, Alec Lebovitz, Eddy Luo, Chris Luo, Caitlyn Mason, Mimi Zhang, Mingyi Wu, Gauri Ganesh, Ali Marcus, Michele Xiong, Heather Shen, Jane Chung, Zoe Hinman, and Cam Waitkin.  The team is advised by Mr. Lenox & Mr. Revkin.
