Attendees from Mr. McPartlin's economics class and students in Mrs. Page's Personal Finance class had the opportunity yesterday to discuss with Congressman Langevin their questions about the national and state economy and investment markets.Students in Personal Finance are part of the the Capitol Hill Challenge whereby they are managing $100,000 investment portfolios and competing against teams sponsored by Congressional members across the country.
Our thanks go out to the Congressman for taking the time out of his very busy schedule to visit EGHS and discuss the state of the economy in both Rhode Island and throughout the nation.
