Student Council has been busy this month spreading holiday
cheer throughout Rhode Island and in developing nations around the world.
These activities included running a winter accessories clothing
drive for an elementary school in a needy neighborhood in RI, donating funds
for our annual ‘Adopt-a-Family’ initiative, and purchasing animals for villages
around the world through Heifer International.
The student body was pleasantly surprised on Wednesday
morning when they arrived at school to find holiday music playing in the foyer,
and Student Council members serving hot chocolate. Over 450 students took part in the festivities!
