1st Model UN Conference Nets EGHS Students Recognitions

Our brand new Model UN Club participated in its first conference and several won awards.  The statistics are below:

• 17 delegates participated in WMUNC (Wheeler Model United Nations Conference) on 10/15 and was completely student organized. 
• 6 EGHS delegates won awards and were recognized: 
• Josh Petteruti - won Best Delegate in the Crisis Committee for the Crimean Crisis
• Zing Gee - won Best Delegate in the Specialized Committee for the Crisis in South Sudan 
• Sunny Sait - won Outstanding Delegate in the General Assembly for DISEC
• John Duke - won Outstanding Delegate in the General Assembly for DISEC
• Chris Teng - verbally acknowledged as a delegate in the General Assembly for DISEC 
• Nicholas Holmgren - verbally acknowledged as a delegate  in the General Assembly for DISEC
