EGHS Science Students Support Meadowbrook Science Night
From a Meadowbrook Parent-
On behalf of the Meadowbrook PTG, Mr. Marcaccio, and the Meadowbrook Science Night Organizers, I would like to thank you for your efforts in arranging for 30 Avenger student volunteers to help run Science Night. Quite simply, they were the key to the nights success. By all accounts, last Friday’s event was one of the most well attended Meadowbrook events in quite some time, with estimates of 200-250 Meadowbrook students participating in experiments!
Each of the ten experiment stations was staffed by a Meadowbrook parent and three Avenger students. All of the parents commented about how enthusiastic, caring, and energetic the Avengers were during the evening. Once the Avengers learned the experiment, they individually engaged with the little Meadowbrook students. It was wonderful to see the interaction between the older and younger students, and I think it was a positive experience for all involved.
Your Avengers were WONDERFUL! Please extend to them our sincere thanks!
